At Longboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new ride. If your board isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your longboard or gear is in its original, unused condition with all protective packaging and tags intact.
Initiate Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or swap.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
