How do I choose the right longboard for my riding style?
Choosing a board depends on your goals: cruisers are great for commuting, drop-through decks offer stability for downhill speed, and flexible bamboo decks are perfect for carving and freestyle.
Do your longboards come fully assembled?
Yes, all our completes arrive fully assembled and 'ready to ride' straight out of the box, though we recommend checking the nut tightness on your wheels and trucks to match your preference.
What is your shipping policy for oversized boards?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all standard boards and free shipping on orders over $150. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days.
Can I return a board if I've already used it outside?
To qualify for a full refund, boards must be returned in brand new, unused condition with original packaging. Once a board has been ridden on pavement, it can no longer be returned.
What kind of maintenance do the bearings require?
To ensure a smooth ride, we recommend cleaning your bearings every 2-3 months or after riding through water or sand. Use a specialized bearing cleaner and high-speed lubricant for best results.
Are your decks covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our decks come with a 180-day manufacturer warranty against delamination and structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from impacts.
